POLICIES
Service Agreement
Your signature is required once on your first visit and covers all future stays. Please review the following terms carefully.
Health & Temperament
We reserve the right to decline any dog showing signs of infectious disease, illness, or concerning temperament. This protects all dogs in our care.
Vaccination Requirement
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccines, including Bordetella (kennel cough).
Daily Rate Policy
Whether your pet stays a few hours or half a day, the full daily rate applies. No partial-day discounts.
Food & Medications
Please supply enough of your dog's regular food and any required medications for the full duration of their stay.
Veterinary Costs
If your dog requires veterinary attention during their stay, those costs will be billed directly to you as the owner.
Home-based service
We are not a licensed commercial kennel. Springridge is a home-based boarding service — personal, and small-scale by design.
Liability
Springridge Dog Boarding is not liable for any injury, illness, or incident involving your pet during their stay. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full. Your signature is required only once and remains valid for all future visits.
